Grays Harbor County officials announced in early 2017 that their website had been updated, causing some pages to become inaccessible for users with outdated bookmarks. The county's website now redirects to www.co.grays-harbor.wa.us, with a note to delete old bookmarks and create new links from the home page.

The update affects access to key services including GIS mapping, tax payments, court dockets, and sheriff's department records. Residents are advised to visit the new website's homepage to find updated links to departments like the Assessor's Office and Treasurer's Office.
