Grays Harbor County's website underwent a redesign in early 2017, resulting in broken bookmarks for users accessing old links. The county's public records page now redirects users to the new site at www.co.grays-harbor.wa.us, advising them to delete outdated bookmarks and create new ones from the homepage.

The county's website update affected multiple departments, including Emergency Management, Assessor's Office, and Treasurer's Office, which now require users to navigate from the main menu to access specific services. Residents are encouraged to update their bookmarks to avoid future access issues with county resources.
